Marick Press 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Return Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our press strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every book as it's described on our Web site. You're eligible for a refund within 30 days if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part or if the book doesn't arrive.

Please note that we are permitted  to have a 'Final Sale' policy on ebooks only. If you are ordering an ebook, please review our Terms of Sale carefully and order only if this policy is acceptable to you.

Please see below for information on how to initiate a book return.

Issue:

1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged

You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is the result of an error on our part. If you receive the incorrect book or if it arrives damaged, you'll also be refunded return shipping equal to the original charge. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in.

2. Book Did Not Arrive

You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book hasn't arrived 15 days past the estimated delivery date, up until 30 days past. (For example, when the estimated delivery date is November 1st, the return can be initiated between November 16th and December 1st.) If we provide tracking information indicating the book has arrived, the return is void.

In cases where the book is returned to us for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

3. Buyer Does Not Want Item

We recommend contacting us directly before initiating these returns, as otherwise the return may be cancelled. Please do not ship the book until you’ve received confirmation from us. If the Marick Press accepts your request, and if the book is returned in the same condition you received it in, you’ll be refunded the price of the book (not including original or return shipping charges).

4. Partial Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the book, you can negotiate a partial refund with us for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Partial refunds can be issued on the book price, the shipping amount, or both. Please note that while you may request a partial refund, we are not obligated to provide one and, depending on your reason for the request, may prefer that you return the book for a full refund instead.

How to Initiate a Return:

Marick Press will also keep you updated throughout the process by e-mail.

Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping costs.

Your refund will be processed and send by check to you once we received the book back. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the book doesn't arrive and tracking isn't provided, the refund will be cancelled.
